However, you are not permitted to re-sell the PowerPoint Template, PowerPoint Background Design, Video background Collection or individual video loop, Photo, Sound Effect, background Music Loop, or Font for any or other commercial purposes.
In the case of PowerPoint Templates, the user license permits use of the PowerPoint Template for any presentation and you may freely add content to the PowerPoint Template for your own presentations use. However, use of the template is strictly limited to non commercial or private use and for presentation in its original state. The PowerPoint Template and its graphic backgrounds and images, may not be copied, duplicated, or otherwise used to produce other PowerPoint Templates or PowerPoint Backgrounds for resale or other commercial purposes.
In the event of doing so 123PPT.com recognizes its legal right as author, and will take legal action against any party found to be involved in or assisting with such actions.
In the case of PowerPoint Backgrounds, the user license permits use of the PowerPoint Background for any presentation however, the PowerPoint Background and its associated graphical elements, may not be copied, duplicated, or otherwise used to produce other PowerPoint Backgrounds for resale or other commercial purposes.
In the event of doing so 123PPT.com recognizes its legal right as author, and will take legal action against any party found to be involved in or assisting with such actions.
In the case of 123PPT's Video background Collections, the user license permits use of any and every video loop within any presentation however, no video loop or its associated graphical elements, may not be copied, duplicated, or otherwise used to produce other video loops or video files for resale or other commercial purposes.
In the event of doing so 123PPT.com recognizes its legal right as author, and will take legal action against any party found to be involved in or assisting with such actions.
In the case of Photos downloaded from The Photo Gallery, the user license permits use of the Photo within any presentation however, the Photo and its visual representation, may not be copied, duplicated, or otherwise used and altered to produce graphical images for use as PowerPoint Backgrounds or Wallpapers for resale or other commercial purposes.
In the event of doing so 123PPT.com recognizes its legal right as author, and will take legal action against any party found to be involved in or assisting with such actions.
In the case of Sound Effects and background Music Loops, the user license permits use of the purchased Sound Effect and / or background Music Loop for any presentation however, the Sound Effect and / or background Music Loop, may not be copied, duplicated, or otherwise used to produce other Sound Effects and / or Music Loops for resale or other commercial purposes.
