Yes. Enhanced PowerPoint presentations made with either:

PowerPoint and the http://www.123ppt.com/video-backgrounds-studio/ - 123PPT Video Backgrounds Studio

PowerPoint and the http://www.123ppt.com/music-soundfx-studio/ - 123PPT Music & SoundFX Studio

PowerPoint with both the 123PPT Video Backgrounds Studio and the 123PPT Music & SoundFX Studio

Can play back at any size you wish by simply entering Windows Mode.

By default when you open an enhanced PowerPoint presentation made together with 123PPT presentation enhancement software the presentation will open and begin to play in full screen and in full motion. If you hold down the ALT key and then press ENTER the presentation will enter Windows Mode and allow you to scale the presentation window to any size and aspect ratio you wish.

You can also drag your presentation around your dekstop while it is playing and resposition it on your desktop.

If you wish to return your presentation to full screen simply maximze the window once more to return the enhanced PowerPoint presentation to fill your screen and Windows desktop.
